My name is Ruby Augustus, and I proudly serve as the National President of Beta Phi Omega Sorority, Inc.
This year marks a monumental chapter in our story as we celebrate 25 years of unwavering Sisterhood, Service, and Excellence. For a quarter of a century, Beta Phi Omega has nurtured feminine women through purpose, passion, and pride, building a legacy that continues to thrive across time.
As a long-standing member of this sisterhood and servant leader, I have had the privilege of carrying the torch lit by our Founding Diamonds. It is with great pride and deep responsibility that I continue their vision by upholding the traditions, values, and excellence that make Beta Phi Omega a true gem in the Greek-lettered world.
From our humble beginnings to our national presence, we have grown in depth and distinction. Our membership continues to flourish, and our commitment to intentional sisterhood and impactful service remains stronger than ever. We have created a sacred space where feminine women can lead, thrive, and grow together.
Through initiatives like Vote With Pride, The B.E.T.A. Project, and R.I.S.E. (Respect, Integrity, Service, Excellence), we have inspired a movement of women who lead with integrity and serve with heart. Our community partnerships allow us to expand our reach and deepen our impact, while our Regional Conferences keep our members connected, sharpened, and celebrated. The Elite Diamond Ball stands as a radiant symbol of our shared accomplishments and enduring bonds.
Beta Phi Omega is intentional in its growth. We welcome women who are bold in their leadership, refined in their grace, and passionate about service. From executives to educators, creatives to caregivers, the Beta Woman represents excellence in all her forms. Together, we embody the power of collective brilliance.
As we look to the future, our mission remains clear. We are here to cultivate leaders, uplift communities, and create lifelong sisterhood grounded in authenticity and purpose. Our National Board and dedicated committees remain committed to sustaining this vision and guiding our organization into its next era.
